What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting across People, Legal, and Finance, independently: driving searches from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close.
Build trusted hiring partnerships, developing a deep understanding of: business needs, proactively communicating progress, and bringing solutions to hiring challenges.
Develop creative sourcing and talent strategies for specialized roles, using: market research, talent mapping, and targeted outreach to engage exceptional candidates.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, building meaningful: relationships and thoughtfully engaging candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Embrace new ways of working, thoughtfully leveraging AI and modern recruiting: tools to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting specialized or niche: roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
