The opportunity
At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company.
What you'll do
Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM: tech stack — including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft — to eliminate manual effort and accelerate business operations.
Develop and deploy ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based automations to automate: tasks such as deal data enrichment, quote generation assistance, order validation, revenue recognition triggers, and exception handling in quote-to-cash workflows.
Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that allow: AI agents to interact with business systems contextually and safely — enabling intelligent, event-driven actions across the GTM platform.
Explore and evaluate emerging AI capabilities (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent: orchestration) and determine which are production-ready for GTM business systems use cases.
Build reusable AI templates, automation patterns, and agent blueprints that: can be extended across the GTM Engineering team.
Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato,: MuleSoft, DealHub (CPQ), and other GTM platforms — with a strong bias toward clean architecture, low technical debt, and supportable design.
What they're looking for
- Own end-to-end integration patterns for critical business flows such as: lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, order-to-fulfillment, and revenue reporting pipelines.
- Design data flows and transformation logic that keep business data accurate,: consistent, and accessible across systems without creating fragile point-to-point dependencies.
- Apply a build-vs-buy mindset: evaluate whether a given automation need is best solved with native platform capabilities, iPaaS tooling, or custom code — and make the case clearly.
- Build internal tooling, low-code/no-code solutions, and lightweight: applications using platforms such as Retool, Replit, or similar to extend business systems capabilities with minimal overhead.
