What you'll do
Manage and coordinate Catholic Religious Education activities and: communication between the chapel community and other base organizations.
Develop and maintain the annual Religious Education calendar and support: adult education, sacramental education, Vacation Bible School, Christmas and Lenten programs, teacher appreciation, and other authorized activities.
Research, plan, and order approved Religious Education curriculum and: materials in coordination with chapel leadership.
Recruit and train volunteer teachers and youth workers; conduct fall and: spring volunteer training and ensure required security, safety, adult-to-child ratio, and facility protocols are followed.
Prepare approved program publicity, event guides, calendars, and announcements.
Oversee attendance and reporting for Religious Education, Rite of Christian: Initiation, Catholic formation classes, Bible studies, and parish groups; submit weekly attendance reports.

- Maintain continuity, finance, parish-group, sacramental, and Archdiocesan: support records and track volunteer hours.
- Coordinate facility, equipment, supply, and funding needs within established lead times and assigned budgets.
- Attend chapel team and Parish Advisory Council meetings as required and meet: periodically with the faith-group chaplain.
- Maintain the security, cleanliness, and religious neutrality of facilities used for programs.
