What you'll do

• Recruit, train, schedule, and oversee volunteers and validate compliance with: operational requirements, regulations, and guidelines.

• Oversee facility activities during open hours and prepare and serve: non-alcoholic beverages using barista-style equipment and the posted menu.

• Arrange seating for special functions while maintaining fire and safety: requirements and ensure approved operating hours are covered, including holidays or extended events when scheduled.

• Maintain safe and healthful working conditions in accordance with applicable: OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA requirements.

• Clean and sanitize beverage-service items, food-preparation equipment,: refrigerators, freezers, serving areas, dining areas, restrooms, floors, windows, furniture, and other used spaces.

• Monitor inventory and stock levels, coordinate supply needs in advance, test: refrigerated and frozen-item temperatures, and account for monthly supply expenditures.

What they're looking for

• Inventory Government equipment at closing, maintain equipment and repair: logs, and notify the COR in writing of repair needs within required timeframes.
• Maintain volunteer, facility-usage, beverage-service, patron, maintenance,: expenditure, and other Government-provided logs and submit required reports.
• Provide mishap or injury reports involving personnel, Government property,: equipment, or beverage-service operations.
• Coordinate and account for supplemental funding, supplies, or donations from external organizations.
