What they're looking for
- Support and manage a variety of high-impact ad hoc legal projects as they arise.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a: willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
- J.D. degree from an accredited institution and active membership in good: standing with a U.S. state bar association.
- + years of experience practicing law, including significant in-house: experience at a technology company supporting a sales organization on complex, high-velocity outbound revenue transactions with enterprise customers, including SaaS agreements and related agreements such as DPAs, BAAs, Product-Specific Terms, and AI terms.
