What you'll do
Plan, organize, and execute offline events end to end, including meetups,: workshops, sponsorship activations, and flagship events
Manage all key elements of execution, including venues, speakers, partners,: suppliers, logistics, budget tracking, and on-site delivery
Support Binance’s presence in major local events and ensure high execution: quality across user-facing activations
Track attendance, engagement, feedback, and event performance
Build and maintain relationships with local communities, universities,: content creators, strategic partners, and relevant local ecosystems
Identify local partnership opportunities that can strengthen Binance’s visibility and user reach in Turkey
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in event marketing, community activations, local: marketing, creator management, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience in organizing offline events end to end, including large-scale or flagship events
- Proven ability to manage budgets carefully and efficiently, including: supplier coordination, cost tracking, and spending discipline
- Strong understanding of the Turkish market, local culture, and content ecosystem
- Good understanding of how local content and KOL collaboration can support growth
- Experience managing KOLs, creators, or local content partnerships is highly preferred
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
