The opportunity
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U. S.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end process development for compliance initiatives—from: interpreting requirements to delivering documented, deployed, and adopted processes.
Conduct discovery through stakeholder interviews and workshops, then design: and document compliance processes, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and desk guides.
Map current-state workflows to identify compliance gaps and control: weaknesses, then drive corrective actions to closure at root cause.
Lead deployment and change management, including training, adoption tracking,: and post-implementation refinement.
Support audit readiness and government assessments (DCMA, CPSR) by ensuring: documentation, traceability, and evidence are complete and accessible.
Partner with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to embed: compliant processes into daily operations and existing systems.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- + years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, compliance,: or process design within aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
- Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills, with the ability to: work through ambiguous problems with diverse stakeholders.
