What you'll do
Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope,: MEP infrastructure, and server move-in
Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety
Oversee site improvement, electrical/mechanical installation, offices,: finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations
Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning
What they're looking for
- Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
- Architecture, or related field
