The opportunity

Location: Nationwide Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Approximately 75% Travel Required

What you'll do

  • Manage construction activities supporting hyperscale data center and: mission-critical infrastructure developments.

  • Collaborate with engineering, field leadership, project controls,: procurement, quality, safety, and commissioning teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, estimates, and: project documentation to support successful execution.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, procurement: strategies, forecasting models, and project execution plans.

  • Monitor project progress, labor productivity, resource utilization,: procurement activities, safety performance, and financial performance.

  • Manage subcontractor performance, contract compliance, change management, and project reporting activities.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers,: consultants, and internal stakeholders while serving as a trusted project leader.
  • Lead project meetings, customer meetings, operational reviews, schedule: reviews, and project performance discussions.

  • Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.
