The opportunity
CoreOps Senior Manager – Payments, Non-Payments & Enablement
What you'll do
Lead and develop a cross-functional CoreOps team, structured around Payments, Non-Payments and Enablement.
Ensure the stability and resilience of own acquiring operations, including: settlement, payouts, and reconciliation.
Be accountable for payout execution, ensuring funds are delivered on time,: predictably, and with minimal manual intervention.
Oversee operational performance of non-transactional products such as the: SumUp Business Account, subscriptions, and electronic invoicing (DTE), ensuring they meet defined quality and reliability standards.
Ensure onboarding, activation, and risk processes operate efficiently while: complying with evolving regulatory requirements.
Establish clear accountability, KPIs, and ownership across the team, enabling: autonomy and reducing single points of failure.
What they're looking for
- Partner closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure operational costs,: settlements, and reconciliation are accurately reflected in financial reporting and P&L.
- Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Acquisition, Compliance, Product,: and Engineering teams to align operational execution with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to regional initiatives,: including cross-market operational synergies and shared operating models.
- Proven experience leading teams in complex operational environments.
