What they're looking for
- Provide legal support for transactional and general corporate matters,: including financings, strategic transactions, and corporate initiatives as they arise
- + years of legal experience at a top tier law firm and in-house legal: department; you should have a J.D. and be a current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
- Deep knowledge of corporate and securities laws and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and business judgment, with the ability to: distill complex issues and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
