What you'll do
Support critical business functions, such as monitoring order and execution: health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management
Handle and troubleshoot complex customer escalations, supporting root-cause: analysis and partnering with product teams to prioritize fixes
Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, translate operational needs: into product requirements, and collaborate with product operations to design scalable solutions
Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal tools by providing: feedback, testing new workflows, and partnering with engineering to ensure tools meet operational needs
Support product launches and feature rollouts by ensuring operational: readiness and developing clear process documentation
