The opportunity

What you'll do
Maintain accurate inventory tracking for servers, GPUs, networking gear, and: components across warehouses and data centers.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders and BOMs.
Organize and label assets according to Lambda’s tracking standards.
Use ERP and asset management tools to track inventory movement and deployment status.
Perform periodic cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.
Coordinate hardware staging, kitting, shipment, and receiving for large-scale AI infrastructure deployments.
What they're looking for
- Partner with the infrastructure deployment team to ensure all components are: available and prepped before installation. Act is the primary point of contact for material availability and staging at the data center.
- Assist in rack integration, cabling preparation, and packaging for outbound: shipments to data centers or customer sites.
- Work with logistics partners to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries and returns.
- Manage the RMA process for defective or failed components.
