The opportunity
Web Presence & Platform (WPP) is organized into two pillars: Platform and Presence . The Platform pillar builds internal systems, tooling, and infrastructure to support the web.
What you'll do
Design new and improved experiences across stripe.com, including product, industry, and solution landing pages
Collaborate with engineers, PMMs, and content designers to define problems,: explore solutions, and bring them to life
Partner with other designers to maintain and evolve systems that uphold Stripe’s design standards at scale
Balance storytelling with usability to create pages that are engaging, credible, and easy to navigate
Use user research, user testing, and data to guide and validate your decisions
Participate in critique and feedback sessions, contributing to the overall quality bar of the team
What they're looking for
- –4 years of relevant design experience, ideally in web or product marketing contexts
- A strong portfolio of web design work that demonstrates exceptional visual: design skills , systems thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to independently scope and lead small to medium-sized projects
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction fundamentals
- Comfortable using Figma and working in component-based systems
- Experience working on CMS-driven websites and modular systems
- Familiarity with front-end development workflows or an ability to speak fluently with engineers
