What you'll do

Direct Reports: ~10 people spanning Culinary, Product Innovation, Product Strategy, Product Operations, and Product Analytics
Lead and Develop a High-Performance Product Team
Build, inspire, and manage a multi-disciplinary team: setting a clear vision, establishing the operating rhythms that allow the team to move fast, and investing in the people who will drive Factor Europe's next chapter.
Own and Challenge the Product Vision
What they're looking for
- Define a clear and compelling vision for what Factor's physical product must: become in Europe — grounded in customer insight, commercially rigorous, and differentiated enough to win. Develop a deep, independent point of view on where the North American model translates and where European markets demand something different.
- Push the team and the business to think beyond the current roadmap: challenging assumptions, interrogating trade-offs, and ensuring we are always working on the highest-leverage version of the product.
- Act as the liaison to our global Digital Product team: representing Factor Europe's priorities in the feature roadmap and collaborating on shared global initiatives that benefit the wider business.
