The opportunity

WRITER is where the world's leading enterprises orchestrate AI-powered work. Our vision is to expand human capacity through superintelligence.

What you'll do

  • Own the global sales enablement strategy for our AE and SDR teams, aligning: every program to revenue goals, pipeline coverage, and win-rate improvement β€” you'll connect the dots between what sellers need and what the business needs to hit its number.

  • Define and operationalize our sales methodology, shaping how our teams: qualify, pursue, and close opportunities β€” you'll design and deliver ongoing skills training in discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing that builds measurable selling capability across the field.

  • Drive new hire selling readiness from day one, owning our onboarding: curriculum and certification end-to-end β€” you'll get AEs and SDRs productive faster, cutting ramp time and setting the tone for how they sell from their very first week.

  • Build an everboarding engine that keeps sellers sharp, measuring selling: proficiency across the field and spotting gaps where additional enablement is needed β€” you'll leverage real-deal insights and call recordings to turn every win and loss into a learning opportunity, tracking program effectiveness and pushing for continuous improvement.

  • Own the sales content strategy and library, making sure sellers can find and: use the right assets at the right moment β€” you'll leverage WRITER itself to build AI-native workflows that make sellers faster, sharper, and more efficient.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and RevOps: to ensure field-ready messaging, solution-level use-case enablement, and tight feedback loops between the field and the teams that support them β€” you'll be the connective tissue that keeps everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.

What they're looking for

  • + years experience in enablement, sales leadership, or a relevant role;: experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred, but not required.
  • Proven track record of architecting and executing successful sales enablement: programs that deliver measurable impact to organizational growth β€” win rate, ramp time, quota attainment, and pipeline velocity.
  • Experience at high-growth startups is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take broad visions and concepts and develop: structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics.
