What you'll do

  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

  • Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included

  • Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if: required to meet the needs of the business)

  • Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals

  • Maintain seamless store operational procedures

  • Consistently use and understand processes and procedures to track in store inventory accurately

What they're looking for

  • Track, receive and process all inbound inventory shipments Complete inventory: related tasks as necessary with an elevated attention to detail, including inbound and outbound store transfers, shipment, and omni channel order processing
  • Communicate with customer service to help resolve order-related issues.
  • Meet clientele selling targets and ensure service via phone and email is aligned with Reformation
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.
