The opportunity
Location: Fond du Lac, WI / Various Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Approximately 25% Travel Required
What you'll do
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with: all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
Review project specifications, drawings, and bid documents to ensure complete: understanding of project requirements and scope.
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for electrical construction projects.
Develop accurate labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates.
Partner with Procurement to obtain supplier and vendor pricing.
Solicit, evaluate, and maintain relationships with subcontractors and specialty vendors.

- Develop project schedules, execution assumptions, and cost forecasts that support estimating accuracy.
- Track and analyze estimate assumptions, risks, opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams to support project pursuit efforts.
- Support bid reviews, project handoffs, and turnover meetings.
