What you'll do
Co-own program strategy with Product and Engineering, and influence company: strategy, technical architecture, and roadmap tradeoffs.
Lead end-to-end delivery of Lyft’s top-priority cross-functional initiatives: from concept to launch, with clear goals, milestones, and definition of done.
Develop and execute integration roadmaps, strategies, and playbooks for: acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Define how the program runs, including roles and decision rights, escalation: paths, and communication plan, and hold workstream owners accountable.
Anticipate risks early, drive mitigation plans, and aggressively resolve systemic issues blocking delivery.
Communicate with transparency at every level, from engineers to the C-suite,: sharing progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly and directly.
What they're looking for
- Present data-backed options to decision makers and drive decisions to closure.
- Contribute to team health by building delivery best practices, mentoring: other TPMs, and supporting recruiting and onboarding.
