What you'll do
Program analytics & measurement: Build or improve dashboards that track program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI across EWX initiatives. Surface insights that help the team make faster, better decisions.
AI-assisted operations: Identify manual, repetitive workflows and design AI-powered solutions to automate or streamline them. This could include intake automation, reporting pipelines, or intelligent routing.
Program design & iteration: Analyze participation data, employee feedback, and outcome signals to recommend improvements to existing programs or design new ones.
Operational systems improvement: Work with internal platforms to improve data quality, user experience, or reporting capability.
Change management & communication: Support change management strategies and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Business: Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with demonstrated coursework or projects in process improvement
What they're looking for
- Proficiency in Google Workspace with working familiarity with at least one: project management or process mapping tool (e.g., Asana, Jira, Lucidchart)
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform: operational decisions (e.g., through coursework, prior internships, or personal projects)
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini): to draft content, automate workflows, or prototype solutions
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver: business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
