- Identify and address developing employment legal requirements and potential future legal risks to the business
- Collaborate with other cross-functional business teams including legal,: accounting, procurement, and communications
- UK-qualified with 8+ years PQE, including experience at a top-tier law firm: and in-house legal department practising employment law
- Significant experience providing practical, commercially focused employment: law advice across EMEA, including employee relations, investigations, works councils and consultation requirements, restructurings, redundancies, dismissals, and other complex employment matters
