The opportunity
Ramp's first post-sales hire in Europe doesn't just activate customers, they set the standard for what post-sales excellence looks like in a brand new market. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and…
What you'll do
Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption.
Own the revenue target for your book of business.
Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line.
Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about
Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities,: positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates.
Maintain tight feedback loops with Design & Engineering, ensuring market: signals from customers land where they can drive product decisions.
What they're looking for
- Support the GM on the highest-priority strategic initiatives of the moment;: competitive landscape, ICP refinement, new segment exploration, and more.
- Right to work in the UK is required. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
- Founder-mode mentality with proof to back it up. You own outcomes, not: deliverables and you have a track record of building, selling, or figuring something out on your own. You make fast decisions with incomplete data and don't wait for a playbook that doesn't exist yet.
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
