What you'll do
Embed yourself deeply with Stripe’s users . Our users expect Stripe to: provide the best financial technology that is also enabled with deep insights, automations and features that only AI can solve. You will work with users on a daily basis to understand their needs and forge new solutions.
Own the entire lifecycle . You'll take a user problem from initial discovery: through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Build on a home team, learn across Stripe . You'll start on one team (e.g.,: Dashboard, Docs, Crypto, Payment Methods) and eventually land a full time role as a Product Manager.
Ownership mindset . When you hit technical constraints, unclear requirements,: or process friction, you'll figure it out. You'll navigate codebases, track down answers, and push through obstacles.
Optimize how you work, not just what you build . You'll constantly refine: your workflows and tooling to increase your leverage. Every bottleneck is an opportunity to automate or improve; and then show others how to achieve our end goals.
