Asana for Client Management is a new product for Agencies to manage every client, every project, and every conversation in one place. We are looking for a collaborative Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams bringing this vision to life.
What you'll do
Hire and support a talented team of engineers to build a new product from the ground up.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Data Science: to define roadmap priorities and deliver intuitive product capabilities.
Guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure system reliability,: performance, and long-term scalability.
Drive operational excellence and continuous delivery processes, enabling the: team to iterate quickly and ship value continuously.
Champion accountability for key outcomes, linking your team's everyday work: to Asana's broader strategic goals.
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a: willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
What they're looking for
- Experience guiding and developing software engineering teams in building: scalable web applications, ideally with experience leading 0-1 product development.
- Solid technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering: fundamentals and modern architecture.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with product managers and: designers to balance technical health with user velocity.
- Clear communicator and empathetic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
