What you'll do
Manage, mentor, and grow a talented and enthusiastic team of backend and full-stack software engineers
Participate in model releases and develop new API capabilities
Work closely with Modelling and Model Serving teams
Collaborate with UX designers to ensure customers have an easy and delightful: time managing teams, API keys, billing and configurations.
Oversee and contribute to open source projects
You have experience managing engineering teams and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software
What they're looking for
- You have experience shipping products with a large number of stakeholders
- You’re comfortable with the front and back end of the stack, and have: previously worked with Go, Next.js, TypeScript, and React
- You are passionate about recruiting and growing people and teams
- You are passionate about building rapport with your team and you prioritize 1:1s
