What you'll do
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and: expanding existing relationships across ASEAN countries. Serve as senior regional coverage for Anthropic's most strategic ASEAN enterprise accounts, building executive relationship depth and commercial momentum through consistent in-market engagement
Build and execute territory plans that identify high-value opportunities: across key ASEAN industries, accounting for differences in market maturity, regulatory environment, and buying behaviour between countries
Lead consultative sales processes with C-suite and senior technical: stakeholders, positioning AI as a strategic business transformation driver
Orchestrate internal teams—Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships—to: deliver tailored solutions for complex enterprise requirements
Translate technical AI capabilities into compelling business value: propositions suited to the needs of Southeast Asian enterprises
Identify new use cases and contribute to ASEAN go-to-market strategy,: providing feedback that shapes product roadmap and regional approach
What they're looking for
- Experience selling AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS to: regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
- Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional enterprise accounts
- Prior experience establishing or scaling a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
- Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English: (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese)
- Familiarity with regional data residency, AI governance, and procurement: frameworks relevant to enterprise buyers
- A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong: interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely
