- + years of executive support within a fast-paced tech environment, fully: grasping the ability to anticipate tradeoffs and act independently to make decisions
- An affinity for AI and the ability to build creative workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sharp judgment and: experience as a trusted thought partner to leaders—surfacing risks, influencing priorities, shaping how their time is spent, and representing leaders across internal and external stakeholders in person, virtually, and via email, while being unafraid to provide pushback and upward feedback
