The opportunity
Reports To: Field Project Engineering Lead
What you'll do
Work closely with design engineers to ensure designs are practical in the field and support long-term service.
Troubleshoot field issues, run diagnostics, and feed structured learnings back into design and manufacturing.
Perform basic electrical calculations (current flow, voltage drop) to confirm: safe, efficient site infrastructure.
Support the Project Development team during installation as needed or requested.
Build out preventative and reactive maintenance routines and procedures.
Contribute to service and maintenance planning for long-term fleet reliability.
What they're looking for
- Build the deployment playbook: procedures, troubleshooting guides, commissioning workflows, and service tools.
- Maintain up-to-date service and troubleshooting manuals.
- Maintain effective document change control across all cross-functional teams.
- Manage the budget for travel, tools, contracted services, and spare parts.
