The opportunity

Reports To: Field Project Engineering Lead

What you'll do

  • Work closely with design engineers to ensure designs are practical in the field and support long-term service.

  • Troubleshoot field issues, run diagnostics, and feed structured learnings back into design and manufacturing.

  • Perform basic electrical calculations (current flow, voltage drop) to confirm: safe, efficient site infrastructure.

  • Support the Project Development team during installation as needed or requested.

  • Build out preventative and reactive maintenance routines and procedures.

  • Contribute to service and maintenance planning for long-term fleet reliability.

What they're looking for

  • Build the deployment playbook: procedures, troubleshooting guides, commissioning workflows, and service tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date service and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Maintain effective document change control across all cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the budget for travel, tools, contracted services, and spare parts.
