The opportunity
If you love the world of food, join us as our new Finance Systems Analyst (m/f/x) in the Global Finance team. You will be tasked with supporting and developing the Financial modules of our ERP system - Oracle Financials Cloud as well as supporting the team with other systems within Finance.
What you'll do
Ensure a reliable performance of our ERP with a focus on Financials Fusion: modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses)
Troubleshoot, support, and constantly look for ways to enhance our financial systems and processes
Support implementation, migration, and integration of the already existing Oracle modules
Educate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionality and features
Participate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
What they're looking for
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help: address business needs from the ERP system
- Ensure best practices are followed within the ERP system
- Oversee Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete: any administration tasks and resolve issues
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g.: Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)
