What you'll do
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and negotiate contracts , ensuring: competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Manage the full end to end procurement cycle from gathering requirements,: identifying and appraising suppliers, negotiating contracts, and SRM activities, focussing on SaaS.
Partner with various teams such as IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to: streamline the process and ensure contracts are fully compliant and aligned with business needs and best practices.
Procurement Process & Transformation Support the evolution of procurement: from an IT-only focus to a company-wide function.
Implement efficient procurement processes, including purchase requisition,: order placement, and invoice reconciliation, leveraging technology tools and systems.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as a trusted advisor to internal: stakeholders on SaaS and other procurement matters.
What they're looking for
- Maintain clear and proactive communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies to consolidate the software toolsets in place.
- Proven experience in an IT/SaaS Procurement role (buyer or above) or similar: role, preferably within the IT or SaaS.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
