What you'll do
Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team.
Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions.
Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks.
Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support.
Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency.
Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
What they're looking for
- Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narratives.
- + years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
- Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
