The opportunity

We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO.

What you'll do

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer: experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech,: music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

What they're looking for

  • You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions.
  • You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth: tech company, and turned the numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board.
  • Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented.
  • Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar),: comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse, and you use AI tools every day.
  • Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or: public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team.
