What you'll do
Own and work associate level queues that are assigned to the Fraud Operations team
Develop and implement scalable operational processes for fraud management
Make risk-based, subjective decisions on high-value/risk transactions & account offboardings
Achieve company-level goals around financial fraud losses
Respond to cross-functional partners on escalations related to fraud in a: diligent way that balances risk and provides customer love
Participating and helping in streamlining fraud operational workflows around: transaction review and account investigations
What they're looking for
- Ability to take ownership of Fraud Incident handling and be able to conduct: the root cause analysis & close inefficiency gaps
- Ability to own & ship projects that are on Fraud Ops roadmap with full autonomy
- Able to use AI tools to elevate & enhance queues and projects
- Partner with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to improve tooling to scale internal operations for fraud.
