What you'll do
Lead the planning and execution of all new office builds, construction, and: reconfigurations across global temporary (co-working) and leased spaces.
Develop, maintain, and implement workplace design and graphic standards across all office locations.
Collaborate closely with local Workplace leads to ensure design alignment,: seamless office expansion, and high end-user satisfaction.
Oversee design-related purchasing, including global furniture vendor management, quotes, and procurement.
Source local furniture and environmental branding vendors globally,: maintaining a resource directory and assisting site leads as needed.
Manage project budgets, billing, CAPEX and OPEX cost roll-ups, and annual financial tracking.
What they're looking for
- Oversee global occupancy and space planning, act as the space planning: software administrator, and deliver monthly analytics, test fits, and occupancy projections.
- Drive the workflow for desk moves and department relocations while providing: ongoing training and support to site leads and space captains.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a: willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
- –8+ years of experience in space planning, interior design, and project management.
