What you'll do
Support End-to-End Payroll Processing: Execute multi-frequency domestic and international payroll cycles, accurately managing all compensation inputs, deductions, and employee lifecycle changes.
Compliance & Audits: Perform rigorous pre- and post-payroll audits, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure strict adherence to all multi-jurisdictional tax, labor, and company regulations.
Accounting & Reporting: Support payroll accounting functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, management reporting, and year-end tax activities (e.g., W-2s).
Employee Support & Vendor Management: Operate the payroll help desk as the primary resource for employee inquiries and coordinate daily with external vendors, PEO/EOR partners, and tax agencies.
Systems & Process Optimization: Leverage HRIS and modern technologies (including AI tools) to maintain confidential records, adapt to legislative changes, and continuously improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
Experience executing multi-frequency domestic and international payroll: cycles, managing compensation inputs, deductions, and employee lifecycle changes.
