What you'll do

• Develops and executes the global payroll strategy and operating model for US and International payroll

• Owns and oversees end-to-end payroll operations for US and International payroll

• Develops and executes international payroll expansion strategy

• Oversees Time & Attendance system rules including pay groups, time off: accruals ensuring multi-state and country compliance

• Manages payroll vendor relationships, billing and budget

• Partners with finance to ensure accurate payroll reconciliation

• Drives controls and operational excellence ensuring compliance across all countries
• Directs audit and oversight of the team's activities and processes, ensuring: that pertinent internal and external compliance and government interaction standards are met.
• Continually looks for efficiencies in process utilizing technology and ensuring accuracy and compliance
