What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting in support of our Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs,: sales leadership hires, and adjacent GTM roles as needed
Partner closely with GTM hiring managers as their go-to talent advisor: through weekly syncs, candid pipeline reviews, and honest perspective on candidates and the market
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to: surface, engage, and attract top GTM talent at scale
Articulate Perplexity's mission, product, and trajectory in a way that wins: candidates against competing offers from later-stage companies
Negotiate and close with precision in a market where every strong candidate has competing offers on the table
Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes, using AI to turn data into faster, smarter hiring decisions
