What you'll do
Customer security questionnaires: Partner with teams across the company to complete customer security questionnaires, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
Third-party risk management: Support our third-party risk management program by running vendor intake, gathering and verifying security documentation, and tracking each vendor's status as it moves through review, remediation, and renewal.
Request management: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming GRC requests, triaging them and escalating items that need deeper review.
Compliance operations: Follow up with control owners, vendors, and internal teams on open remediation and compliance items until they're closed, and triage alerts from our compliance monitoring platform.
Content accuracy: Keep the information we share with customers current by flagging outdated or inconsistent content and driving the corrections.
Automation and improvement: Use AI tools to streamline repetitive GRC workflows, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and document your work so the team can reuse it.
