What you'll do
Lead and Inspire: Guide the creative vision and strategy for creative campaigns, products, and marketing communications. Inspire your team to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
Shape Our Voice: Write, define, and champion the tone and voice of marketing copy across various channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity. Delivering on-strategy, on-target, and on-brand messages and ensuring other writers are doing the same
Stay Hands-On: Personally produce and shape copy, design, and creative work, not just direct it, across Class Launches, campaigns, and product marketing.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, performance marketing, enterprise, and product, to develop forward-thinking ideas and strategies.
Mentor and Grow: Develop and mentor a team of copywriters, designers, and art directors, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Direct and Oversee: Provide creative direction and oversight across copy, art direction, design, video, animation, and other creative disciplines.
