- Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People: Operations, People Partners, and Executive Operations.
- Drive our diversity and inclusion strategy forward (internally called IDEA),: with a heavy emphasis on sourcing candidates from under-represented backgrounds.
- + year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with: deep expertise on niche and/or complex GTM searches.
- Sales Recruiters: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Sales, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS technology startup This includes but is not limited to: Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales.
