What you'll do
Lead the effective implementation of HelloFresh Group HR strategies and procedures across the site.
Develop local Distribution Centre policies and roll them out effectively to the business.
Drive succession planning and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
Coach supervisors and managers on leadership, NZ employment legislation, and policy application.
Take a lead role in investigations, disciplinary issues, and grievances confidentially and discretely.
Coordinate recruitment processes, assess candidates, and manage interviews end-to-end.
What they're looking for
- Support employee engagement initiatives (What's Cooking survey), analyzing: survey results and helping leaders develop action plans post-survey.
- Ensure site compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) policies and local NZ employment relations standards.
- A minimum of 3 years' HR & recruitment experience in a warehouse, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of NZ employment relations and local labor legislation.
