The opportunity
Location: 66 Fordhouse Blvd, Etobicoke, ON, M8Z 5X7
What you'll do
Plan, execute and continually improve the day-to-day operations in the: Delivery Hub, encompassing sortation processes, fleet management, route planning and coordination of on-road delivery operations
Accountability for meeting and exceeding KPIs, health & safety compliance, and customer service benchmarks
Strategic planning and forecasting; evaluate volumes and capacity, resolve problems, and address resource gaps
Own the financial and operational health of the site; manage P&L and budgeting
Validate fleet health and maintenance schedules, confirm vehicle demand and: driver staffing / scheduling in-line with volume variability
Cultivate and sustain a culture of safety, positivity, inclusion and excellence
What they're looking for
- Manage the business relationship and performance of delivery partners /: service providers through frequent reviews and alignment meetings. Create action plans that ensures business objectives and SLA’s are met
- Assist in the development and optimization of key operational processes and standards
- Work directly with management, external partners, service providers and: cross-functional team members to properly execute company objectives and project timelines
- Other duties as assigned
