What you'll do
Provide overall leadership, management, and direction for site operations and maintenance teams.
Directly oversee Site Leads and ensure consistent execution of maintenance: operations across all assigned locations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program leadership and customers: regarding site performance, priorities, and operational concerns.
Establish operational priorities and ensure alignment with contract: requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and evaluate site performance, including work order completion,: preventive maintenance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality: standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
What they're looking for
- Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of safety programs,: policies, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
- Oversee the effective use of CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo) for work order: management, reporting, and asset tracking.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reporting and documentation.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring services are delivered: in accordance with contract requirements.
