What you'll do
Lead and oversee daily weight handling equipment (WHE) operations,: maintenance, inspections, certifications, personnel, and resources in support of contract requirements.
Supervise crane operators, riggers, inspectors, and maintenance personnel to: ensure safe and efficient equipment operations.
Oversee the operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting,: and repair of cranes, hoists, rigging equipment, and associated lifting devices.
Plan staffing, equipment assignments, maintenance schedules, and operational: priorities to maintain equipment readiness and availability.
Ensure compliance with NAVFAC P-307, applicable Navy Crane Center: requirements, OSHA standards, and established lifting and rigging procedures. NCC Navy +1
Coordinate equipment inspections, load testing, certification activities, and: corrective maintenance to maintain operational readiness.

- Ensure assigned personnel maintain required training, qualifications, and: certifications for their respective WHE duties.
- Monitor equipment performance, maintenance records, inspection findings, and: operational deficiencies; implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventories, maintenance records, inspection: reports, certification documentation, and required contract deliverables.
- Coordinate with Program Management, Government representatives, safety: personnel, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
