The opportunity

The ChatGPT Consumer Marketing team helps people understand, adopt, and get lasting value from one of the world’s most widely used AI products. We work across product, brand, creative, growth, media, lifecycle, research, communications, social, partnerships, and international markets.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for students and young: adults, from audience insight and opportunity identification through execution, optimization, and learning.

  • Define the role ChatGPT can play across academic life, campus life, creative: expression, and the transition from education to career.

  • Turn audience and cultural insights into clear value propositions, behavior: objectives, creative strategies, channel plans, and measurement frameworks.

  • Build connected programs across campus communities, student ambassadors,: creators, partnerships, activations, social, paid media, lifecycle, in-product experiences, content, and brand.

  • Develop advocacy programs that elevate credible student voices and identify: emerging behaviors and cultural shifts that can inform durable strategies.

  • Partner across Product, Research, Growth, Brand, Creative, Communications,: International, Education, Policy, Safety, and Legal to bring student needs into our product and marketing strategies, measure impact, and move complex programs forward.

  • Have led integrated consumer marketing programs for students, young adults,: campus communities, or a similarly distinct life stage.
  • Are equally strong as a strategist, operator, and creative thinker: you can articulate an insight and plan, bring original ideas to the table, and stand up the work required to deliver them.
  • Possess exceptional fluency in the behaviors, motivations, pressures,: communities, creators, platforms, and cultural dynamics shaping students and young adults.
  • Have built programs that earned genuine participation from young audiences: and understand how community, creators, partnerships, experiences, media, owned channels, and product surfaces work together.
