The opportunity

Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Lead cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and related programs to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Coordinate task distribution in partnership with Material Flow, Operations, and IC leadership.

  • Train, guide, and support material handlers across receiving, inventory: control, and data-gathering activities.

  • Monitor WMS data and transactions; generate reports to support operational and management decision-making.

  • Establish, model, and maintain quality control standards and inventory process compliance.

  • Investigate inventory variances, conduct root cause analysis, and document: findings for operational improvement.

What they're looking for

  • Compile, verify, and report inventory metrics. Support daily / weekly reporting of activities and trends.
  • Oversee raw material documentation flow, certificate creation, and general inventory record integrity.
  • Perform physical material-handling tasks as needed and maintain a clean,: organized work environment, along with other assigned duties. May include occasional forklift driving to enable core duties.
  • Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety, particularly related to material handling equipment.
