What you'll do
Own product quality end-to-end: go beyond backend correctness to ensure the overall product experience is smooth, reliable, and meets user expectations.
Design and execute test plans covering functional, integration, regression,: and end-to-end scenarios across distributed backend services.
Validate real-time data flows, messaging, caching, and data integrity across: the system (WebSocket, Kafka, Redis, databases).
Think from the user's perspective: identify usability gaps, edge cases, and experience issues that impact real users, not just technical defects.
Collaborate closely with product, development, and design teams to clarify: requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, partnering with: developers to reproduce and diagnose issues.
