Build high-impact lifecycle programs. Develop campaigns across onboarding,: activation, adoption, collaboration, monetization, retention, and resurrection.
Execute from brief to measurement. Own audience creation, build, QA,: localization, launch readiness, and post-campaign analysis across email and in-product messaging.
Improve foundational journeys. Audit existing programs and recommend which: should be maintained, improved, rebuilt, or retired; lead the rebuild of priority onboarding or adoption journeys.
Raise the experimentation bar. Develop testable hypotheses and use: segmentation, personalization, holdouts, and A/B tests to understand incremental impact.
