What you'll do
In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll.
Collaborate with the People Platform, Benefits, Legal, and Finance business: units on all payroll matters with cross-functional impact such as accurate benefit information, new joiner processes, cash, bonus, process leavers, and other ad hoc projects impacting payroll.
Process U.K. and Spain payroll. This role will grow with additional EU countries under our high growth model.
Assist with processing RSUs and ESPP earnings and taxation.
Process garnishments and levies.
Assist with audit and compliance procedures related to payroll.
What they're looking for
- Support the month-end closing for all payroll related accounts.
- Assist with annual financial statement audit and be the primary contact for: all payroll related audit testing for respective countries.
- Conduct year-end reporting for respective countries.
- Answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, etc.
