What you'll do
Own people management and engineering execution
Establish a strong operating rhythm for the team
Drive high standards for on-call rotations and incident response
Partner with Product on the roadmap, balancing product priorities with technical realities
Lead, coach, and grow the careers of engineers on your team
Experienced managing engineers directly, comfortable owning a team’s: operating rhythm end-to-end, from planning through execution and stakeholder communication to incident and on-call ownership
